With a broad background in education, training, community development, community services and finance, the challenges that come with the demands of a multifaceted organisation drive Elaine’s passion to just make things happen.

Elaine has a long association with Murray House Resource Centre and is an ambassador for “not for profits” and all things that build capacity in the community through training and other collaborative supports.

Qualifications and expertise include Leadership, Accounting and Finance, Disabilities, Administration and Management.

Trainer and Assessor, TAE Training Package
Master of Professional Communications, Master of Neuro Linguistic Programming & Emotional Intelligence Coach, Certificate IV in Life Coaching, Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) & TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE50111 Dip. Vocational Education and Training, TAE50211 Dip. Training Design and Development, personality profiler using Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Extended DISC.

Deanna specialises in using emotional intelligence, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), life coaching and personality profiling (MBTI) to effect positive behavioural change.  She is passionate about adult learning and making an impact, having spent the past 15 years in adult learning, in the Higher Education and VET sectors. She has a background in leadership and business, setting up and running her own businesses including RTO management and consultancy.  Deanna has run leadership and business programs across academic and as well as corporate settings, working with individuals, small teams and organisations to effect positive personal and organisational change. 

She is passionate about high quality training with impact and is excited to again be training new trainers to join the training profession and to be working with existing fellow professionals to keep current.

Mike Wood

Mike holds a number of qualifications including, Graduate Certificate of Education, Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Training Design and Development, Diploma of TESOL and Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

Mike is a highly experienced Trainer and Assessor in the fields of Vocational Education and Business, and has experience working both in Australia and overseas. 

Mike is a dedicated educator and strives to deliver the highest quality training and assessment in order to support students to reach their goals and exceed expectations in their educational journey.

​Darryl is a WHS Trainer Assessor at Murray House Resource Centre.  Darryl is a Registered Nurse and has Post Graduate qualifications in both Occupational Health and Safety as well as Mental Health Nursing.

Darryl has worked in many industries from manufacturing to the Australian Army and over the last 16 years within the oil and gas and mining sectors as an Occupational Health and Safety Advisor and Medic. Darryl has worked as a mental health nurse in the private, public and corrections sectors and currently does casual mental health nursing work at Royal Perth Hospital.

Darryl is passionate about workplace safety and mental health. Darryl believes that by empowering people with education on workplace safety and workplace mental health this will go a long way to breaking the cyclic nature of safety and mental health related workplace issues.

Diploma in Project Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Microsoft Office Specialist Master 2013 – Excel Expert, Word Expert, PowerPoint, OneNote Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Project 2010 – Managing Projects, Microsoft Office Specialist Master 2010 – Excel Expert, Word Expert, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Valued Professional Award – Excel.

Julie is a passionate and qualified training professional with over 15 years’ experience in developing and facilitating IT training courses. She has similarly extensive experience in business IT solutions and systems implementation, instructional design, business needs analysis and productivity improvement. 
Julie has worked with some of Australia’s leading private and public-sector organisations across a variety of industries. Some of her past work include macros creation, VBA consulting and macro creation as well as systems implementation at Dampier Bunbury Pipeline, Pfizer, Water Corporation, Laminex Group, local government councils, to name a few.

Key areas of content expertise (Training and Consulting) include: Microsoft Desktop Applications consulting and training - Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Access; Outlook; OneNote; Visio and Project, all to VBA level, Office 365 implementations and training – SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, OneDrive, Windows 10 rollout training, data analysis work, processing large amounts of technical data and creating VBA driven, charts and dashboards, using Excel 2016 and Visual Studio, training manual writing and training program development, development of VBA driven Word templates and Excel workbooks including integration with Outlook and other systems, development of a variety of Access database programs, Articulate and Storyline training and consulting.
