TAA40104 is a nationally recognized qualification suited to people who have substantial responsibility for Vocational Education and Training (VET) in program development, delivery and assessment of training participants and employees. It is a challenging and rewarding program presented in a comprehensible style with individual support if required.

This course is offered as an achievable concentrated program to allow for minimum interruption to your work schedules yet with time effective completion. You will receive an extensive manual to support course training.

The program is offered in a combination of 2 or 3 day blocks with breaks of approx 3 weeks between allowing time for completion of projects, assignments and research. Your training session will be delivered in ‘clusters’ or blocks which can be customized to suit industry groups.

Assessment will take place using a combination of strategies that will include simulated and workplace activities, project work, self-paced and group-based work. You will build throughout the training; a comprehensive portfolio will be the basis of the final assessment.
